Notification preferences

Two families of notifications are available. Instant alerts notify you in real time as soon as a new lead is created or a client clicks a call-to-action button during a tour. A daily summary, sent at 7am, wraps up your appointments for the day into a single notification instead of multiple alerts.

Deactivating your account

You can deactivate your account from your profile if you want to temporarily pause your access to VistaVisit. This action is reversible: it cuts off access (including on a session already open elsewhere) without deleting your data, and can be undone to get your account back exactly as you left it.
