1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of VistaVisit, an interactive 360° virtual tour service with built-in video conferencing, published by [Legal name]. They apply to all users of the service (real estate agent, concierge, property owner), excluding end visitors who access a tour via a unique link without creating an account.
2. Plans and pricing
VistaVisit offers two monthly subscription plans with no commitment: Solo (€49/month, 1 seat) and Agency (€179/month, 3 seats included + 1 free Creator account, additional seats billed at €19/month each). Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added according to current legislation. Up-to-date plan details are available on the /tarifs page.
3. Free trial
A 14-day free trial is offered on first subscription, regardless of the chosen plan. A valid payment method is required at sign-up; no charge occurs before the end of the trial period. The subscription automatically continues at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their Organization space, either with immediate effect or at the end of the current period, as they choose. No pro-rata refund is issued for a cancellation made during a period, except where mandatory law applicable to the user provides otherwise.
5. Liability
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the published property information and for compliance with applicable regulations (diagnostics, mandatory disclosures). VistaVisit uses reasonable means to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [country to confirm]. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of [city/jurisdiction to confirm], except for mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
