Preview, draft, and publishing the tour
How to review your tour before sending it to a client, and switch between draft and published.
As long as a property is in “Draft” status, it's only visible to you and the team members who have access to it (see the article on assignments) — no link sent to a client can work on a tour that's still a draft.
Using the Preview
The “Preview” button opens the tour exactly as a client would see it, with navigation between scenes, hotspots, and the Property Info button all active — without going through a real appointment or using up a link. This is the step not to skip before publishing: check that every navigation hotspot leads to the right scene, that amenity cards are complete, and that the entry scene makes a good first impression.
Publishing a property
Once you're happy with the preview, switch the property to “Published” from its record. A published property becomes usable in the calendar (creating appointments), in the “Share” link, and in the mini-CRM. You can switch a published property back to draft at any time — for example while fixing a scene — which makes any already-sent links unavailable until it's republished.
