Property amenities, Click & Go, and the Property Info button

The checkboxes that feed the Lobby, the smooth movement effect between hotspots, and the property summary panel.

Property-level amenities

Separately from the hotspots placed scene by scene, the property record offers a list of amenities to check (wifi, pool, air conditioning, parking, elevator...). These amenities are displayed as icons visible from the Lobby, even before the appointment starts — they let your client form a first impression of the property while they wait, and also serve as a quick-read filter for a client in a hurry.

The Click & Go effect

When a visitor clicks a hotspot, the image doesn't change abruptly: the view smoothly pans and zooms toward the clicked point before switching to the next scene or card, with a light fade. This effect, called Click & Go, makes navigation feel much more natural than an instant image change — it's an automatic viewer setting, there's nothing to configure in the Studio to enable it.

The “Property Info” button

Always visible during the tour (Lobby, Live, and Replay), this button opens a summary panel: the property's main characteristics, checked amenities, diagnostics if applicable, and information specific to the property's objective (see the article on sales, long-term rentals, and seasonal rentals). It's the entry point for a client who wants to quickly find information without having to look for it in a specific scene.

Screenshot from the viewer

At any point during a tour (by you or your client), a button lets you capture the image currently shown in the panorama, to keep or share it. Handy for sending a specific visual after an appointment, without having to ask for a photo again.
