Assignments and the Creator queue

Who works on a property: lead agent, creator, and additional collaborators — and how a property ends up in a queue.

On an Agency plan, each property can be linked to several team members, with different roles: a lead agent (who manages the client relationship, calendar, and CRM for that property), possibly a creator in charge of building it in the Studio, and additional collaborators who have view or edit access depending on their team role.

The Creator queue

If your organization has a Creator account, properties that need building work (new scenes to add, hotspots to place) can be placed in a queue that's automatically presented to them. The creator opens their queue, picks a property to work on, does the build in the Studio, then removes it from the queue once the work is done — they don't need each task explained individually.

A property leaves the queue either because the creator marks their work as done, or because the lead agent takes it back directly. The creator only sees the properties assigned to them, never the organization's full portfolio (see the permissions matrix in the Organization & team category for the exact details of what a Creator account can and can't do).
