The lead record: one contact, several properties

How VistaVisit organizes your contacts, and why the same lead can follow several properties.

In the mini-CRM, a lead represents a person — a buyer, a prospective tenant, a traveler. The same lead can be interested in several properties in parallel: their record centralizes their contact details once, but each property they're linked to keeps its own status, its own qualification, and its own notes.

In practice, a lead who has toured one property and then shows interest in a second one doesn't need to be recreated: you simply link them to the new property, and their history (past appointments, status on the first property) stays viewable separately from their tracking on the second one. This keeps you from losing track of a contact who's hesitating between several properties in your portfolio.
