Contextual qualification based on the property's objective

The information asked of a lead changes depending on whether they're buying, renting long-term, or booking a stay.

The qualification fields offered on a lead's record automatically adapt to the objective of the property in question, to stay relevant across the three very different situations VistaVisit covers.

  • Sale: budget, financing status (cash, loan being obtained, loan already approved).
  • Long-term rental: declared income, presence of guarantors, employment status.
  • Seasonal rental: desired stay dates, number of travelers.

The same lead linked to two properties with different objectives (for example, a property for sale and a seasonal rental in your portfolio) will therefore see different qualification fields on each of the two records — consistent with the fact that status and notes are also specific to each property.
