Private notes, interest signals, and automatic statuses
What stays invisible to the client, and what surfaces automatically with no action from you.
Private notes
Every lead-property link has a free-text notes area, never visible to the client — useful for jotting down an impression after an appointment, a point of caution, or a reminder to follow up.
Strong interest signal
When a lead submits a request via the call-to-action button (offer, application, date booking...) or reopens their Replay link, their record is automatically marked with a gold badge and a notification (bell icon) — a visual cue designed to spot the hottest leads in your portfolio at a glance, without having to open each record individually.
Automatic “Toured” status
As soon as an appointment linked to a lead on a given property ends, the corresponding status automatically switches to “Toured” — you don't need to update anything manually after each appointment; the rest of your tracking (offer received, application submitted...) is still yours to adjust afterward based on how the contact actually progresses.
