A single calendar shared across all your properties, with three ways to view it.
The VistaVisit calendar is personal: all your appointments, regardless of which property they relate to, appear in the same calendar rather than in a separate one per property. Three views are available — day, week, and month — to fit however you prefer to visualize your workload: month for a broad overview, week to organize your work, day for minute-by-minute detail.
If you're part of an Agency organization as an administrator, you also get an overview of the whole team's calendar — a standard member, on the other hand, only sees their own appointments (see the permissions matrix in the Organization & team category).
