Proposing time slots instead of setting one

Instead of imposing a single time on a lead, you can offer them several slots at once and let them choose. From the calendar or a lead's record, select the property in question, then several time windows that work for you — VistaVisit generates a unique booking link to send to the client.

The client opens this link, sees the proposed slots grouped by day, and picks the one that suits them. The appointment is then automatically created in your calendar with the chosen slot, and the slots not picked become available again for another lead. This flow avoids back-and-forth emails or calls to settle on a time, particularly useful when several prospects are interested in the same property at the same time.
