Automatic reminders and adding to your personal calendar
What's sent automatically around an appointment, with no action from you.
Once an appointment is created, a series of reminders is sent automatically to the client, without you having to think about it:
- An instant confirmation as soon as the appointment is created, with the unique tour link.
- An email reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
- A WhatsApp reminder 1 hour before the appointment.
- A Replay follow-up about 2 hours after the appointment ends, encouraging the client to revisit the property with a clear head and, if relevant, take action.
These reminders use the contact details available on the lead's record — a WhatsApp reminder can obviously only be sent if a phone number has been provided. Finally, every appointment can be added with one click to your own personal calendar (Google or Apple), so you can find your tours alongside your other commitments outside VistaVisit.
