The lifecycle of an appointment: Lobby, Live, Replay
The unique link sent to your client automatically changes behavior depending on when it's opened.
Every appointment scheduled in the calendar generates a unique link, sent to the client by email and/or WhatsApp. That same link automatically moves through three states depending on when it's opened, with no action on your part: your client never needs to download anything or create any kind of account at any step.
- Before the appointment time: the link opens the Lobby, a waiting room with a countdown.
- During the appointment window: the link opens the live tour (Live), with video calling and the agent's 360° camera.
- After the appointment: the link opens the Replay, a self-serve, freely navigable version of the tour.
This switch is automatic and based on the appointment time: you don't need to turn anything on or off manually. The link stays valid and reusable indefinitely after the appointment — a client can reopen it several times to revisit the property, with every reopening logged as an interest signal in your mini-CRM.
Two other links exist alongside this one, for different needs: a “Share” link that gives access to the same viewer with no appointment required, and a self-service booking link that lets a client pick their own time slot from the ones you offer (see the dedicated article on these two links).
