The Replay: a tour that keeps working for you

What the link becomes once the appointment ends, and why it's worth watching closely.

Once the appointment ends, the same link sent to the client automatically switches to Replay. The client finds the tour as they saw it live, but in fully free navigation — no more video call or sync, just Click & Go navigation between scenes and hotspots, at their own pace.

The call-to-action (CTA) button stays visible at all times in the Replay, adapted to the property's objective: “Make an offer” or “Request a second visit” for a sale, “Submit an application” for a long-term rental, “Block the dates” for a seasonal rental. It's often in the Replay, with a clear head, that a client actually takes action after having a first live impression.

A link that stays useful after the appointment

The Replay link has no expiration date or limit on how many times it can be reopened: your client can share it with a family member, reopen it before making a decision, or come back to it days later. Every reopening is logged in your mini-CRM as an interest signal — a lead who reopens their Replay link several times, without you having to follow up, is often a sign that it's time to reach back out.
