During the tour: video calling and synced camera
How the live tour works — video bubbles, the agent's 360° camera, and free exploration.
At the appointment time, the client's link automatically switches to the live tour. Two elements coexist on screen: a standard video call, shown as small floating bubbles (you, and possibly other participants), and the property's 360° panorama, which takes up the rest of the screen.
Camera sync
As you talk, your camera movements through the property (moving from one scene to another, rotating the view, clicking a hotspot) are mirrored in real time on your client's screen. This is what sets it apart from a classic virtual tour the client would browse alone: you actively guide them, as if you were walking through the property together.
Free exploration
The client can disengage this sync at any time to explore a room on their own — for example to look at a detail that interests them at their own pace, while you keep commenting. They can return to the synced view with you at any time. This freedom is designed as a complement to the live tour, not a replacement: the video call stays active at all times, whatever exploration mode the client chooses.
