The Share and Booking links, without a set appointment
Two ways to let a client discover a property even before an appointment exists.
The “Share” link
From a published property's record, a “Share” link gives access to the same 360° viewer used during a guided tour — navigation between scenes, hotspots, the Property Info button — but with no appointment or video call attached. It's the tool to use to let a prospect discover a property before a tour slot has even been set, for example in response to a first contact.
The self-service booking page
Instead of setting an appointment yourself, you can generate a booking link that presents your client with the time slots you've proposed, and let them pick the one that works for them. Once a slot is selected, the appointment is automatically created in your calendar, and the usual tour link (Lobby → Live → Replay, see the article on the appointment lifecycle) is generated and sent to the client the same way as for a manually scheduled appointment.
This self-service flow is detailed from the agent's point of view in the Calendar category (article on proposing time slots) and from the client's point of view in the End visitor journey category.
